CiCi`s Pizza in Orange Park

It's got all the things my girls like! Pizza n Brownies oh my!! Even when they were busy they kept the line fresh and we only had to wait moments for refill of our favorites.

Fresh pizza! Great variety! The kids love it here because they can get anything they want. We come for the sale which is always fully stocked with fresh veggies and six kinds of dressings. The cooks will make a pizza if you don't see it on the buffet, just don't forget to ask. There are TVs that play kid friendly programs, and the play room has been updated.

I tried to eat here are tea was disgusting so I drained it out and checked the urn was clean but the nozzle was full of slime and mold I asked for the manager and she said that is fine that it was cleaned and it just always looks like that. I wonder what else in the back has "been cleaned" to her standards

Love taking my kid here the prices are hard to beat.

Best value in town!!! You get better service than a full service restaurant.

Love the fresh vegetables on the salad bar. Service is always excellent at this location. Currently, swear the crust taste better. Very unhappy they removed the fountain water. Lemon packets are still there...I went without a drink, because one bottled water is a tease.

I love Cicis pizza! This place was so full of people today it was unreal! I really wish that they would stop closing stores and reopen more stores! Seems to me that many people like them? Absolutely great pizza and soup!!!

Over the years have seen the worst decline your store looks run down your games in the store are a joke for kids and adults. Your food is lower quality than the plastic utensils. The price for this below little Cesar's food you are getting, makes you wish you were picking up hungry Howie's to find the disappointment of cardboard crust and mud that you baked and called it brownies. How are y'all still open?

Loved it so much!! So many choices of pizza, pasta and salad! Great dessert too. I miss the dessert pizza and i wish there were cicis up in Connecticut!

Very disappointed they charge now for water and the bottled water is low quality Dasani and has a distinct salty taste. Very disappointing experience

Very clean and friendly place. If you want a pizza made specifically.... No problem they make it for you and bring it to you when it's done. Very good food. Wish I had one on my side of town.

My family and I came there for lunch Saturday 2/8 . Last time I was there it was nice and clean, food was stocked and fresh. But this time, all the food was disgusting. I lost my appetite once I saw them handling food with no gloves.Rule #1 you can't be handling food with no gloves. Also you gotta keep the restaurant clean. It smelled bad in there as well. There was no cleaned forks as well until I asked for them. I will not be going back!

This was not a pleasant experience. The pizza was hard from sitting under heat lamps and tasteless,the lighting in there is inadequate and maybe the air conditioning was on the fritz as I thought I was going to burn up. Don't waste your time or money.

Farewell Cicis, it was nice knowing ya. .59 cent Water when other places dont charge for tap water at all. Hello Orange Buffet. Here we come, again, only!!! Lol Whatevez! By the way, second to the last time we came here, chick with red burgendy hair? Yeah, my husband pulled a long red burgendy hair out his throat. Young caucasian girl. 18ish? Maybe have her hair pulled all the up and neater? He only ate a plate and a half, hardly. I wasn't going to mention it but why not since water is .59 cents. Lol

Everything was great .Food was fresh and hot.And they cate for everyone .And even serve the food .And it was nice how polite they was .

We came on a Tuesday and it was clean. The cashier greeted us as soon as we walked in. The salad bar was stocked and we had lots of Pizza choices (including my fave spinach & cheese). It was a little girl's birthday and the manager came out and had everyone sing her happy birthday. Great location!

First of all the tall slim black manager (didn't get his name sorry) has whipped this ship inline!! No one was just standing around, he had everyone working. Secondly he kept the pizza coming out and i liked how they called out which pizza was fresh and hot as they refilled the line. Since he's been manager it's a lot more clean on the line and you can see everyone working as a team! Thirdly they have done something different with the ingredients as the flavors are more noticeable and we actually want to eat their when the kids suggest CiCi's

Great food and good price. Don't need live music but of people live it lower the sound so we can have a lunch or dinner conversation. We can watch TV at home.

Have not had Cici's in a while so went here with a friend. Food was good, place was busy with families and kids. Only thing that was disappointing is that they ran out of the cinnamon buns and brownies.

The pizza was just top greasy for my taste

Good for feeding large groups on a budget but always leaves me wanting real pizza and a showr.

Great place for all you can eat. Recommend getting specialty pizza because it comes out hot and fresh. Salad bar has great options.

Pizza was fine. No tray to carry multiple plates. I know it is basically a kids place but the level of yelling and kids running around was deafening. Mostly parents fault for not controlling kids. We used to take our son to the old location on San Jose. Haven't been to CiCi's in years. Just went this time to relive the days with our son. I guess at some point you outgrow the experience.

The food is constantly being made and fresh. Nice family atmosphere and the workers are mostly pleasant. Not bad of a price either

Great place when you are hungry. A never ending supply of pizza. Fresh salad, soup, and desserts complete the menu. 5 of us ate four less than 40 bucks.

I can appreciate the birthday coupon/gesture from Cici's. The value is alright. This particular location really just could have used more attention to clean floors, table tops and restrooms. The staff was friendly and I think staff responsible for cleaning was a bit overwhelmed by the messes the patrons were constantly making. More staff for cleaning would have probably helped as well as a deep thorough cleaning during non business hours. The quality of food was alright and would have been best if cooked little bit more as some of the pizza such as pepperoni we're done and other types very doughy.

The pizzas and desserts were of good taste. They cycle different pizzas every ten minutes however this location is super busy so it did not take 10 minutes for the cycling of different flavors of pizza. The atmosphere was nice other than being super crowded i.e. elbow to elbow. Not going to make an effort to get back by there but if in the area I would definitely dine again. The service is pretty much self serve other than first checking in and paying.

Took the grand kids after trampoline park it was just the right place. They never get enough of pizza and the selection is great. The salad was fresh with lots of toppings to choose from.

Come on it's Cicis. Only children truly like cicis.

Was my first time at a cicis . I must say for a buffet style pizza place I was actually pretty shocked that it was decent pizza ( I'm from ny and nothing really compares) . The selection was great and had many of the normal favorites as well as some I havent tried before like mac and cheese pizza . Safe was friendly and it looked pretty clean . If you havent tried before I'd suggest giving them a shot . They have games for kids as well .

What can I say about cicis. Something makes me come back. I do like their pizza even though I feel I shouldn’t. The price is right. Their dessert rolls are pretty awesome. The place can be crowded and at times the wait staff doesn’t seem to be able to fully keep up. Some of the guests can be a bit scary.

Cook didnt wear gloves touching everything and the pizza wasn't cooked right it was tough its not supposed to be like that

Huge shout out to the new manager at Cici's Pizza in Orange Park, Fl. First I was pleased with how courteous and efficient the dining room staff was. Then I noticed how clean everything was compared to the last few times I'd been to this location. The bar was well stocked and kept fresh the whole time we dined and I was just so pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Rob, you and your employees are doing fantastic. Keep up the great work. <3 🍕 <3 We'll be back soon!

Shout out to the new manager and new employees at this location, my husband and I stopped coming to this location a year ago because everything was terrible always. We give it a try today and we are impressed with the service the fresh food and salad! Keep it up with the great job you doing guys!!!

The new management has changed this place greatly. A+

Bad experience. Walked in only 15 minutes after opening. There was not one whole pizza on the buffet line. It was all leftovers. All the pizza on the buffet line looked like it was three days old. Very dry. The workers looked at you, like they hated you for entering, causing them to have to do something. This particular place was the pits. I will never walk in this business again.

I'm in the store right now with my family, not only are the crew playing around but three quarters of the plates I have picked up I've had to set back down again because obviously someone doesnt know how to wash dishes and there's ranch and other food all over them. Food is a lack of because they'd rather converse then do the job at hand. That's just a little into what's going on at this location tonight. I will be putting in a call to management in the.morning

Its a good place to bring the kids. The buffet pizza isnt "fantastic", but its good and they are slinging so many different types for everyone so quickly, what can you expect. But It makes it perfect to bring the family. Theres Something for everyone up there.

I place a order online and notice they put it as pickup which I chooses delivery. I called the store and a manager name Patrick picked up and stated the owner decided to close the business. Well I was shocked since I just placed a order. He did inform me that he will return the money since I didn’t get my food. It have been over 5-7 business days and the money still haven’t returned. Now both locations are closed and can’t get in touch with anyone. The purchase was at Cici’s Pizza $24.56. I would never go here again for food. Bad business since the owner did tell me he will get to the bottom of it and haven’t got a call from him as well.
